Delivery Information

1. We try our best to meet customer’s expectations but in certain situations the actual product may vary from the picture in shape or design as per availability.
2. Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage depending upon availability.
3. Sometimes substitution of certain flowers may be necessary in case of non-availability of the same.

Delivery Instructions (Oman & UAE)

Delivery Hours:

Saturday to Thursday

9am to 1pm

4pm to 8pm

Fridays

 4pm to 8pm

1. All deliveries will be done only during the above-mentioned delivery hours.
2. Deliveries scheduled on public holidays or outside delivery hours will be re-scheduled to the next day delivery time slot.
3. For same day deliveries, orders have to be placed before 4 pm (Oman time) and before 1 pm (UAE time). In case if same day delivery orders are placed after the cut-off time, we cannot guarantee same day delivery for those orders. Same day undelivered orders will be re-scheduled for delivery in the next day delivery time slot.

4.For special occasions like Valentine’s Day and other occasions of peak orders,  it is highly requested to pre-order your gifts at least a day before the occasion to ensure on-time delivery to your dear ones. In case of same day orders on above mentioned special occasions, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
