Send Flowers and Gifts to your dear ones in Muscat, Oman in few easy steps. 

Step 1: Select your category 

Select Shop by occasions, by flower type, gift type or narrow your search by clicking on the type of gift you are looking for. Eg: If you are looking for a gift combo of flowers and chocolates, you may simply select “Flowers n Chocolates” category. 

After selecting your desired category, you will be directed to a products list page where you can select from a wide range of products as per your choice. 

Step 2: Select your choice product 

Browse through our exclusive collections designed by our professional florists as per the latest market trends at different price options to best suit your interests. Select your desired product and you will be directed to the product page. 

Step 3: Add to Cart 

The following are the options to be filled in the product page before moving to the checkout page. Once all the mandatory fields are filled, a small checkout tab will pop up on the right side so that you can verify your orders in the cart and move to the next option i.e. “View Cart” or “Checkout” accordingly. 

1) Size (Mandatory) 

Select the size of your product like Small, Medium,  Large or Xlarge. The bigger the size selected, more flowers will be added to make your bouquet big and special. 

2) Delivery Time & Date (Mandatory fields) 

Select the date of delivery and the time of delivery as per choice. 

3) Your Message (optional) 

You may write your message to be conveyed to your dear ones in this text box and we will make sure it reaches your dear ones along with your gift 

4) Add-On gifts (optional) 

All our flower products come with add-on gifts options so that you can select your choice additional gifts like cakes, balloons, chocolates or teddy bears in just one click. 

5) Other options (optional)

Few products come with the options like “Select Rose colour” or “Select bouquet wrap colour” etc. This option is to make sure your special flower gifts are customized just as per your choice without any hassle. 

Please Note: The checkout page would not appear unless all mandatory fields are filled. 

Step 4: Checkout 

In checkout page, you will find the following options: 

1) Register 

In this option, you can fill in your details like email Id and password and register your account for convenience. By doing so, your details will be saved and the checkout process will be easier for the next purchase. 

2) Guest 

This option is for customers who wish to proceed with guest account where your details would not be saved. 

3) Login 

This option is for existing customers who have already registered with us. You can easily login into your account and proceed with the checkout process. 

Fill in all the required mandatory fields under Personal details & Delivery details and then select Payment Methods like “Cash on delivery” or “Online Payment” 

You may also add any comments or instructions or requests you would like us to follow or do. 

Tick on “I have read and agree on Terms & Conditions” and then click on “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout Order”

If any mandatory field is missed out or if the correct data is not entered, then the particular field will be highlighted in red. 

After clicking on “Checkout order”, you will be redirected to Payment Page where you can fill in all details and proceed to complete the payment. 

Once the payment is processed, you will receive an Order confirmation message. You will also receive an Order confirmation email in your email id with all the order details. 

Step 5: Delivery Confirmation 

Once your order is delivered, you will receive an order delivered email.
